I understand that I must reserve my advertising space by the Space Reservation Dates shown below, and that my advertising copy must be received by The Azalean office by the Ad Copy Received dates shown below, preferably in digital form as an e-mail attachment. This copy will be used for each agreed subsequent issue unless substitute copy is received by the Ad Copy Received dates shown below. All copy becomes the non-exclusive property of the Azalea Society of America upon receipt.

I understand any artwork must be supplied as black on white line drawings, and if not, that I will pay, in advance of publication, for any color charges, layout or design work agreed to and quoted to me. There is no charge for copy typesetting or changes to the copy text.

I understand my enclosed payment, in the form of a check or money order payable to Azalea Society of America, may be refunded only if my advertisement in The Azalean is not published and distributed.
