The order form lists each Azalean, with a link to a brief description of the contents, and with a write-in space shown as ___ in the Qty column for the quantity you would like to order. Out-of-stock issues show out in the Qty column.

To order by mail, print the order form, write in the quantities desired on the appropriate Qty lines, and mail it with your check or money order in US$ payable to Azalea Society to

To order by e-mail, identify the Azalean issues and quantities you would like in an e-mail to John Brown (hint: you can copy and paste part or all of the form into MS-Word, type in the quantities, and attach it to the email). In this case, you may pay by credit card using PayPal to send your payment to PayTheASA@aol.com. If you do not have a PayPal account, it is simple to set one up, and is a convenient, secure way to make online payments.

Back issues cost $1 per order plus $1 per copy for delivery to a domestic (US, Canada, Mexico) address, or $2 per order plus $2 per copy for overseas delivery. Please allow about three weeks for domestic delivery, and longer for overseas delivery. We will mail you a refund for any issues you order which we no longer have.
