Flower inside yellowish-white (155D) with deep purplish-pink (N74C) sectors and flecks, and light yellow-green (145C-D) spotting, and light yellow-green (1D) throat. Fully double hose-in-hose (no pistil) with 19 frilly-edged lobes, saucer-shaped, 2 per head, 2.2” x 1.2” long. Blooms mid-May in Vienna, VA. Calyx absent. Leaves glossy, strong yellow-green (144A) above, hairless. Leaf shape: elliptic, broadly acute apex, cuneate base, flat, 1.8” x 0.8” wide. Plant and bud hardy to 0°F.
