Flowers variable: white with irregular shading of pale orange-red, moderate to deep orange-red sectors, stripes, and lines, plus a prominent deep orange-red blotch; light yellowish-pink with coral-red sectors stripes and lines; moderate orange-red selfs. Single, broad funnel-shaped, with 5-7 reflexed, broadly overlapping lobes, wavy edges, and tips appearing notched, 3 ½” or wider. Blooms late (early June in Oak Hill, VA). Leaves large. Zone 7. 'Kyokkonishiki', Satsuki x 'Chitosenishiki', Satsuki.
