Double with 15 (5 + 5 + 5) oval-rounded, overlapping lobes and frilly edges, funnel-shaped, 2 3/4” wide x 1 1/2” long, 2-5 per cluster. Blooms early-midseason (early May in Oak Hill, VA). Calyx Moderate Yellow-Green (137C), 1/4” long. Foliage matte Moderate Yellow-Green (137C). Leaf shape elliptic with a cuneate base and acuminate tip, slightly concave side-to-side, downcurved base-to-tip, up to 1 3/4” long x 3/4” wide. Zone 7.
